I am a business consultant with both the M.B.A. and Ph.D. degrees, and I have taught university business courses and management seminars in Europe and Asia. So I have traveled to dozens of countries during my career. In my world travels, I have learned that Europeans (for example) are much more relaxed about nudity in saunas, beaches, and recreation compared to U.S. culture.

I would like to meet other individuals and couples for chatting on this site and possible friendship.

Many interests and I am a friendly conversationalist, interested in hearing what others are wanting to talk about. I am a life-long learner, and I always learn something new by meeting new people of any age who have either different interests (or similar interests as mine) and from different cultures, races, religions, and world-views.

I like to listen to a wide variety of music styles, especially songs with thought-provoking lyrics. Sometimes I am more in the mood to listen to just instrumental music without singing, so it becomes more background to my thoughts. Having traveled to other countries, I found that I enjoy music where the singer is singing in a language I do not know--that way I can enjoy the melody without distraction of the meaning of the words.

I like many types of movies except movies with excessive violence. I especially like movies set in other countries and cultures.
