I was raised naturist as my parents were. I spent numerous summers abroad in Spain/France on naturist holidays during my younger years. I have always loved being nude yet when I was a teenger I developed hang-ups about my weight and was too shy to practise nudism. It was only a few years ago I changed my whole outlook on life, by losing a significant amount of weight, discovering Buddhism and a more liberal approach to life and started finding naturism more appealing again.
