Just anyone willing to chat. I have received hundreds of request to be added as friend, and I really appreciate to be so popular, however I cannot accept everyone otherwise what would be the point of having "friends" if the whole site is among them. So I will select based on very subjective criteria, mainly my feeling about the person, so age, race, look are not criteria, I like people from different countries, so we can exchange culturally. I also like to practice other languages so if you are in the languages I practice I would accept you.
