Hi all im new nudist family mom with 2 daughters 10 and 13 and hubby 40. My nudist friend at work teach me about being nudist and told me no shame in my body and my genticals and she show me how her family is and always open and said be good for us open with each other body and encourage daughters about being naked me and hubby to get used to being naked and us later with people and teach them and hubby to be. so i explain them about nudists and took my clothes off and was naked whole day to show good example for them before getting hubby too full naked as he was wearing underwear first day as was akward but i sat naked with him hold his hand and explain him and kids his body natural not be shamed as i got the younger daughter out of her clothes ok but the older one was shy to take clothes off and just stood with her shorts down as was shy she said infront hubby as i had being force them before wear bra panty before learning bout nudists so we encorage her next day and help her naked encourage her be like us and her brave lil sister who shy too but coping well and i try get us be naked when we home so can pratice together for us to used to and daughter not akward trying to cover when sitting, and show her relax body and spend time more with us and open with more with dad so take time friend said but trying best show them and do more things naked and teach same time and when they used to exposed and body contact with us then we go and join friend family and people without shame.
