My past includes skydiving, being an Army paratrooper, a judo novice, amateur high school team boxer, a scuba diver, competitive swimmer, a football quarterback, a baseball & softball pitcher, a basketball point guard, scoutmaster, competitive chess player, radio quiz contestant, multi-media writer, publisher, college instructor, photographer, sunday school teacher, photo-journalist, amateur pilot, motorcyclist, repelling enthuist, camper, genealogist, social science researcher, high priest, professional nurse and veteran combat medic. To claim those characteristics now would present a false image. Some character traits that I have held since my days as a Boy Scout are courage, honesty and a sense of fairness. rnrnBeing born and raised in the South, to me, means that I have pride, courtesy, chivalry and an accent. My background in science and journalism enables me to see both sides of an issue. rnrnI find political parties a very poor way to select those who govern our country. There is no authorization for the existence of political parties in the U.S. Constitution. If we could abolish political parties our government would produce more statesmen and less politicians.

Nudists and Naturists of above average intellectual ability, who have interisting or unusual facets to their lives. My wife and I enjoy a good meal, soak in the hot tub, a card or board game, a massage and/or a movie (not nessaily in that order). Both of us are inactive scuba divers.
