I'm an easy-going gentle soul who identifies more as a naturist and likes to get naked every so often during summer in New England and during winter in warmer climes like the Caribbean, Central America, Hawaii and Micronesia.

Men and women who are liberal in thinking and enjoy being naked away from the clamor of day-to-day living in the northeast.

History fanatic ESPECIALLY related to prehistoric North America re: the controversies around "who" came to this continent before Columbus and Erikson. I LOVE old houses and architecture: they don't build 'em like they used to. Sea kayaking. Motorcycling: sport touring bikes. Gardening: organic veggies and perennials. Sustainable technologies: solar and wind power. PassiveHaus building concepts. Cooking with organic wholesome ingredients from scratch. Drum circles. Winter hot tubbing (essential for survival in New England).And...microbrews: DRINK LOCAL BEER! (Oh. I also am open to the existence of Bigfoot.)

I LOVE live music especially performed at smaller venues. I'm a forever Deadhead who sadly misses those magical live concerts (and parking lot scenes) at Grateful Dead shows (fortunately I have several hundred hours of digital live Dead). These days, I groove to The String Cheese Incident, Disco Biscuits, moe., Robert Randolph and The Family Band, Grace Potter and The Nocturnals, Bella Fleck and The Flecktones as well as The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Los Lobos, Sonny Rollins, The Black Crowes and Derek Trucks to name but a few.

The Visitor, Lawrence of Arabia, The Bagdhad Cafe, Wings of Desire, Harold and Maude, The Milagro Beanfield Wars, Star Wars, All of Me, The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe.

Our men and women in the United States military. The ASPCA. That guy who dove in front of an oncoming train in NYC to save a stranger who had tumbled on to the tracks. Barack Obama, Dennis Kucinich,Ralph Nader and anyone who gives of themselves in service to others.
