I discovered naturism just a few years ago. I've slept nude and have gone commando for over a decade, but never thought it was "OK" to be socially nude outside of a locker room. That changed a few years ago because of some online arguments I read on the subject. Now I've gone to a naturist resort a few times and have "free" hiked with a friend in N.VA several times. I really enjoy both the feelings of nudity and the expanded sense of openness and trust and lack of body shame that it brings. (Can't believe I waited so long to go swimming nude !!!! Wow.)
