I guess I had been interested in group/public nudity for a long time but never had the opportunity (other than my backyard pool). However, an older couple invited me to join them to their condo in St. Maarten (SXM). She had told me that her husband liked the nude beaches there. He told me she like to be naked around the house. So I knew they both were open to the idea. Our first day going to the beach, they asked where I wanted to go. I said the nude one. They both said okay. When we arrived, he dropped trou and asked her if she was going to get naked. She replied that she would if I would. No sooner did she finish her sentence and I was in my birthday suit! On a subsequent trip to SXM, I sat next to a couple on the plane and found out they were naturalists too. We met them at the nude beach that trip. Today, we are friends and I am meeting up with them my next trip there. So, with the right people, I have no problem being nude. It's so relaxing to truly connect with someone else the way we were meant to be. No pretensions, no "class", no judgement. I love it. Being here - on TN - is an attempt to expand my opportunities, friends, and places to enjoy what truly comes natural.
