I would like to meet more people who share my interests, especially around the SF BayArea and California, and could perhaps help to organize events like local beach hangouts, hot spring trips, and other outdoor activities. Unfortunately, I have a typically small San Francisco apartment so can't host guests, but for those planning to visit the area, I may be able to help advise you on some of the opportunities this region has to offer.

People from all walks of life. Fun easygoing outdoorsy types with a sense of adventure who inspire confidence and optimism in others and are, of course, comfortable in their own skin. That, or just be nice.

Outdoor recreation including hiking, backpacking, mountaineering, camping, exploring, and especially visiting hot springs. Besides the outdoors, I also enjoy the opportunities that come with living in a great city surrounded so closely by nature.

SciFi, surrealist, animated, comedy, anything if it's good.
