I grew up in what used to be rural Northern Kentucky, near Cincinnati, have lived in Atlanta, Memphis, Corinth, Yazoo City & Belzoni MS. Since moving to NYC at the end of 1978, I've lived in Washington Heights, Inwood, Yorkville, the West Village and Astoria.
