I have been a nudist and naturist my whole adult life. As a white collar professional who works out of my home office, I am nude virtually 24/7 (all day and all night in bed - awake or asleep). I have been a nudist through college and professional school , through marriage and raising a family. I am convinced that I am mentally and physically healthier having lived a nude life than would have been the case otherwise.

Fellow nudists of both sexes who are also active physically and involved in serious exercise. I want to socialize with fellow nudists in private gatherings in each other's homes

Since being a nudist has helped me be so much more comfortable with my body, I have become dedicated to working out daily, so my body is as fit as possible. I also go to the theater and read and volunteer for many causes.
