I've just started getting into the whole nudism experience! My generation (I'm 25) has really been the first one to have real hang ups about nudity. I always thought it was weird that swimming with my friends shouldn't be naked - swimming with a swimming suit on is hardly swimming at all! It's a shame that people are so shy about nudity. It creates self-consciousness when there shouldn't be any, and it just makes people more ignorant about the human body, creating awkward situations later down the line. Don't get me wrong, I still love wearing clothes to go out, since there's not a lot of variety in just being naked haha. So this is just an outlet for me. But I love to be naked. Ideally, nudity would be a part of everyday life, as so many situations make more sense nude. It would be great for my roommates to let me clean and vacuum naked, rather than getting my clothes all filthy. Or me showering while my friend shaves at the sink, only a glass shower door separating us, allowing us to B.S. with each other. I try to gain confidence and comfort in being naked, and being completely without self-consciousness with people seeing every part of me. There's nothing to be embarrassed about - it's just nudity!
