I am a very busy person with many things on the go in my life so when I have time to myself I do enjoy solitude and to get back to nature. I guess that's partly why I thought I might try this site out. I definitely believe in balance and taking time out for yourself but it can be challenging to do accomplish this. As I am sure you can tell I do have a background in bodybuilding . I did compete but I don't anymore I stopped about 12 years or so ago. Now I just work out to maintain for me I have my own gym set up at home and of course when I travel I always head to the gym for a workout:) I always like to chat when I can but please don't take offence if I don't reply I will always try to get back to folks but it may take time to do so. bike riding, meditation, massage, swimming, enjoying the wonders of nature when time permits.

I enjoy salsa for dancing and slow grooving R&B when I am relaxing. I also enjoy listening to natural sounds like water,wind chimes,the flute for deeper relaxation and meditation.

I am a sappy romantic and also love a good cry so I think you can figure out what types of movies I like lol:)
