I have been a nudist for 65+ years and consider myself a naturist first and nudist second - love the nude beach in particular. Hope to find a nudist friend to enjoy companionship. Most of my leisure time is spent in the garden. It is my belief that naturism and nudism go hand in hand and that a healthy lifestyle is the best foundation for naturism and nudism. Each of us should care for our body and mind and encourage others to do the same. Science based fact is for me a practical starting point for all of my self-formulated thoughts, ideas, and beliefs. Recycling is important to me and the environment. The word "hate" is not in my lexicon for obvious reasons. It is my belief that conspiracy theories are a conspiracy in and of themselves.
