Just a normal guy who grew up in a nudist environment. Used to go to a nudist beach every year. I appreciate the naturist way of being and values. I absolutely love to teach self-defense when we are nude. We really have nothing to hide, why to do it? Nowadays I love how we in general feel very confortable naked at gym's lockerroom. It reinforces mutual respect and even bonds as friends. I like to promote it. Recently, I was helping my little kid in swimming class along with other parents. In lockerroom, adults were shy in swimming suit in the communal shower. I got naked and magically, one after another, all other guys got naked too. We were all naked, kids and fathers, and that was just a relief for all: we all started to talk and, really, be more human to each other. This is why we definitely should be nudists more often.
