I've slowly been getting more into nudism over the past few years as a way to learn about myself, and overcome the shame that I've internalized about my body. Every day is a new step in the journey, and I'm looking for others to share that journey and have new experiences with :) In the warmer months I typically am nude or in undies around the house (when my roommate isn't around), and cover up during the colder seasons. My heart is in the water and the mountains, so I love hiking and (clothing optional) beaches when I have the chance. I lived in Japan for a few years, and really came to enjoy hot spring culture there. I'm always interested in talking about fitness and nutrition, too! I'm often in the chat room when I'm on here, and I'm currently only accepting friend requests from either verified users, or people with pictures who have chatted with me. And, of course, no one may share my images here for any purpose.
