About nuderunr
Like many people, I was raised conservatively and conditioned to feel that public nudity was taboo. While I had learned to enjoy spending time nude in the privacy of my home and even outdoors on occasion during some backpacking trips to remote areas, I had never given serious thought to going nude in public or around other people. I am an avid runner and for some reason the idea of running in the nude has always been something I thought I’d like to experience but never imagined there were places it could actually be done. My discovery of the nudist lifestyle led me to the local clubs in my area where I finally got to experience it. Running while nude is just about the most liberating experience I have ever had. Since joining this site and having visited several resort where I have experienced wholesome, non-sexual nudity firsthand. I've had many fabulous and positive first experiences and am now convinced the nudist lifestyle is for me. I enjoy being free of the ultra-modesty conditioning instilled during my youth and have evolved into someone who feels comfortable with the heightened awareness that not wearing clothes around like minded people is normal and not at all indecent. I think it is a great thing when people can feel so comfortable about their bodies and honest about who they are.
