I enjoy the nudist lifestyle because it gives me a sense of freedom, confidence, and comfort in my own skin. Like many people, I was a little shy and self-conscious at first since society is so used to clothing and certain expectations, but being in respectful and welcoming environments helped me become much more comfortable. I especially remember my experience at Mountain Air Ranch, where I was finally able to let go of a lot of that shyness and truly enjoy the experience of social nudity in a positive setting.
