Nayana

I'm from South India, where people are generally quite conservative and traditional about nudity. However, while traveling through North India and staying in a village for some time, I came across communities where people seemed much more relaxed about the human body and public bathing. Seeing men, women, and children comfortably sharing common bathing areas without much stigma or awkwardness was very different from what I was used to. That experience was what first introduced me to the idea of nudism and sparked my interest in learning more about it.
