I'm a 41yo Australian guy who's been living and working in London for the last 6 years. I never intended to stay this long but I enjoy having Europe on my doorstep far too much to go home just yet. Travel is obviously one of my favourite things and I spend most of the year looking forward to summer so I can travel to Europe's beaches and soak up the sun. A day at a naturist beach, a few beers watching the sunset then dinner and a night on town is my idea of heaven so any destination that can provide that is where I'm likely to be during summer time. Everyone who meets me describes me as laid back and that's probably because I'm never one to stress over things. Life's pretty simple for me, I go to work then enjoy my free time meeting with friends for a few beers and a chat in a beer garden (English weather permitting), going to movies and concerts and dreaming of my next trip to the beach. I would like to think of myself as funny and good company, I'm about 6 ft tall, a full head of hair with a thin to athletic build (don't do the gym but I'm fairly active so no beer belly). Thanks to the English winter I'm currently sporting a moon tan but hopefully the upcoming summer is a good one so I can get back my preferred bronzed Aussie look.

Basically I'd like to meet a girl who's good fun, enjoys the usual things like an evening with friends relaxing in a pub or at the cinema, enjoys concerts and most importantly likes a beach holiday as much as me. When not doing those things I hope a night snuggled up in front of the tv is something you enjoy.

Mainly rock, especially the classic 70's stuff like the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin.

Dark comedy tends to be my favourite movies, things like the Tarantino movies (Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown) and the Cohen Brother films (The Big Lebowski, Burn After Reading) though I do enjoy the odd teen comedy like American Pie and a good thriller. The only movies I tend to dislike are the clichd American hero movies where one man supposedly saves the world. With TV I of coarse like The Simpsons as well as South Park and Family Guy. I can watch a soap and like getting into a good series like Lost (though it has got beyond ridiculous) Prison Break and 24.
