Not wearing clothes helped me overcome panic attacks. Made me mentally stronger...since it led to what other think about me affect me a lot less. I went to Emergency Unit twice for rapid heart beat ...so I decided to not give a F*** about what others think...It was literally killing me. I havent had an episode in 2 yrs. I dont really take made up things like religion, so called civilization, nationhood ...too seriously. Just dont hurt anyone or anything ..or cause pain...directly or indirectly...thats enough.

Female friends to go hiking , just sit on beach.

rn technology, sports(playing... not watching), beach, cooking
