Divorced single woman from India, long time ago moved to the United States, I have recently become interested in the nudist lifestyle. After struggling with a gynecological disorder life up and downs lot of stress on lifestyle. I should be independent. My journey into the nudist life style began try to release my stress levels and I try researching the different type lifestyles. I quickly found that Nudist lifestyle freedom of life I have also started to explore living as a nudist at home. I have found that living as a home nudist has been liberating and empowering. It has helped me to become more comfortable with my body and to accept myself just as I am. Although I am still shy about seeing my own body, I am beginning to take pride in it. Living as a nudist has helped me to become more confident and open to others. I no longer feel the need to cover up or be ashamed of my body. I am so glad that I decided to explore the nudist lifestyle. It has been an amazing journey of self-discovery and acceptance. I am proud to have embraced this new lifestyle and I hope to continue to share my experiences with others.
