34 year old caucasian male. Love working out and trying to get into better shape. Aside from health and fitness, I am a voracious reader, love all sorts of music, film and movies, theatre, sports, cooking, boardgames, and hanging out with friends and family. I love to dance, I am social drinker, I can be quite shy but also quite extroverted. I'm strange like that. Anything else, just ask.

I would love to make friendships with casual laidback friends who are comfortable in their own skin. I am passionate about health and fitness, so anyone into working out, sports, etc. would be great! At the end of the day, I am a friendly, approachable, easygoing person, and I'm looking for the same.

I truly like all kinds of music. If anyone were to look at my iPod, they'd be confused...there is a melange of Pop, Rock, Hard Rock, Classical, 80s Retro, Alternative, Folk, Dance, House, some trance, Jazz, Soul, Hip-Hop/R&B, and even some country. Think Metallica, Beyonce, The Cure, Britney, Neil Young, The Killers, Lady Gaga, Bach, all hanging out in the same room. Sound random enough? :)
