Like nude sunbathing and swimming whenever possible. I started going to nude beaches when I was about fifteen years old. My first experience of collective nudity was in a youth group where we went to the Sauna; Boys and Girls separated of course. I am extremely grateful for that experience . This taught me to accept my body and that there was no need to be shy. Nudism for me is part of a positive attitude towards the body . Its so much nicer to walk along a beach or go swimming with nothing on. My wife and I went to nude beaches, saunas etc quite a lot .
