I'm 61 years old, well-educated, currently enrolled in the doctor of physical therapy program at Emory (re-inventing myself). I am very active physically: I enjoy running, hiking, backpacking, weight-lifting, Ashtanga yoga, kayaking, and swimming, and I'm interested in learning to SCUBA dive. I'm also HIV+ and have been since 1982. I'm very healthy, virus undetectable, and work at maintaining my health. Interested in making friends, I'm open to meeting people who are compassionate, interested in lots of different things, and who are open to making good, substantial friendships.

In addition to physical activity, especially involving the outdoors, I enjoy reading, theatre, movies, travel, spending time with friends and family, and generally enjoying being alive.

Most classical, jazz and avant-garde music. Popular music doesn't much interest me these days. I think we need a new musical paradigm.
