i am new to the world of nudism, and it started in a weird way. for years i have felt strange if i was naked anywhere other than the shower, but this past summer the a/c at my house went out. because of that i had to crank up my fan and sleep with no covers or sheets on my bed. even still though i was hot. so i decided i would start sleeping naked. after a week or so of that i realized how freeing being naked really is.
