When viewing my pictures you must know the difference between flaccid, semi-flaccid, semi-rigid, semi-erect and erect. I have a penile implant. Two tubes were inserted along the length. The tubes are semi-rigid. They do not make the penis longer or larger. The tubes make the flaccid penis semi flaccid/semi-rigid. NOT semi-erect. An internal pump is used to make the penis erect.
