AGEISM ON T.N.

I had a little bit of a setback the other day on T.N. when I tried to speak to someone in the chat room, who was of similar age and fairly near, vicinity wise, to me. The rely form the guy was that I was just out of his age range for him. I was quite shocked at the reply as i only wanted a quick chat and nothing more...I did wonder then what is the thought of some on this site in that do they only want to chat or contact other people on this site if they are in a specific age region. Either that or they were looking for more than they originally stated. When it comes to looks or ages between people, male or female, then its time to pack it in. The old addage came to mind about jdgeing a book by its cover....especially if its an old book for a young reader...Shakespeare and his books then have no chance then and J.K.Rowling better watch out...Jonto
