Date for get together

Hi everyone! I am thinking October 28th, thats the Saturday before Halloween, hope that works for everyone, should be enough time to work out arrangements! please ask if you need anything, hotels, resturants ect.! I will ask you all to bring your own alchohol, i will have some, but surely not enough for everyone, i will supply all the food, if anyone wants to contibute, thats fine! Also, looking into getting someone to come and do body painting, if anyone has other ideas, shoot me a message! I would like to have a head count by the 15th of Oct.
