Have we lost our sense of humour and reason?

Recent news reporting has been distrubing and depressing with recent riots and looting in the UK. I was moved to blog this case in which nudity was used to provide some humour and perhaps a little harmless rebelion but the full force of thelaw was unleashed. What is most disturbing is how 999 calls were made as there was a danger school children might see a naked man. http://www.eadt.co.uk/news/naked_cyclist_wins_appeal_1_989428 ... I am not sure whether to laugh or cry.
