I`ve been away for a while

Howdy all! Just in case you were wondering why I haven't been around here much lately it's because I've suddenly become very busy (in a good way). After nearly 18 mnonths of looking, I finally found employment again! It's a junior level bench scientist's position, but it's at least something technial (insterad of Walmart, Home Depot or McDonald's). I'm learning some new software and instruments, and also slogging thorugh a lot of paperwork! It just feels good to be doing something useful again. On top of that, my wife and I have started our home improvements. We've been doing a lot of painting, and are getting better at it (at least we are geting more on the walls than on ourselves, lol). We have a handyman putting in tile floors for us now, and he's almost done. Learing some thigns from him too. I will try to make more time to get on here, but please do not be upset if I do not respond to messages or comments as fast as I used to, and also comment on your photos as much as I used to.
