Lost Messages

Too often I receive notification of a message by e-mail but there is no message in TN. Possible reasons are (1) the sender deletes the message in Sent before it has been read, (2) the message is sent without a title. It is annoying and shouldn't happen. It doesn't happen in e-mail systems. Keith
