(1) The idea you won't like is reducing the number of cars allowed to go in from 6,500 to 5,500 on busy weekends. That means you will have to arrive earlier in order to get in on weekends. (2) the other idea is to retime the traffic light at the exit of Sandy Hook. That should help. Other than that, they are talking of ideas that are questionable whether they will work. Route cars more efficiently within Sandy Hook. Encourage taking public transportation. What public transportation??? There is the ferry to get from Manhattan to Atlantic Highlands (but it is a long walk from there to Gunnison Beach). Time will tell.
