Is there any way to match the IP to the country listed on the profile and automatic flag the profile if they don't match. There has been a sharp increase in fake profiles lately

I don't know how easy it is to assess the origin of an IP address but I do know from experience that admin have easy access to every members IPs

So it is very easy to find those who have multiples.

Good points Kaz, but I doubt 18YObiLesbiannudistgirl would have the brains to fake an IP address.

A person with that handle is more than likely a middle aged geek out to collect pics of women and would more than likely have a good knowledge of how to fake an IP addy.

Yes but the point is, he'd only attract other middle age geeks trading pics of women they are pretending to be.

And that has got to be the saddest image ever.

I can totally picture a bunch of geeks from that dark side of our society collecting pics of women to look at and then posting to fake profiles here and on dating sites as their lesbian/bi pics. You know like one of those split screen videos with 3-6 people shown at the same time... all of them trading the images to each other. Side note: If nudism was more accepted in the US and worldwide would that dark side of society go away or at least decrease significantly?

Won't work, As someone who travels frequently, my Logon IP often will not match my declared home location. My profile would constantly be being flagged.

Sometimes I get the question come to confirm where I live and every time I deny them the right to do it. Also at one time I was been shown to be living about 100 miles away from where I am.

Before the company I worked for put me out to pasture (retired), I noticed that the IP address made systems think I was in India, when in fact I was in New Jersey, USA. I was first routed around the company's network and then sent into the Internet from their office in India. By the way, I worked for an "American Company" that had more than half their employees in India.

Certification is not proof of being a nudist/naturist. Certification is only proof that someone made up a name, wrote the name on a piece of paper and took a picture of someone, a man or a woman, holding that piece of paper.
And there's that tired old, irrelevant argument. Identifying gender is what people want. There's no way to identify a "true nudist" on the internet. Not even verifying you're a "true nudist" Thomas.
I am confused by your statement. Are you agreeing with me or disagreeing with me?

If a profile isn't certified after a 60 day trial period it should automatically be deleted.
Maybe if only certified members could make forum posts (other than in newbie area) it might helpIt isn't a perfect solution but requiring certification to do almost anything here would be a step in the right direction. It appears to me that there is a lower certification percentage of members claiming to be female than those of the men. This is getting stranger by the moment. A profile of a "woman" with the username of text_6362990627. Now am I supposed to believe this is the profile of a True_Nudist? Yet in 14 days she has a friend list of 127 men. Yea right, I'll get that text right out to you sweetheart. The other odd thing about these profiles are the pictures. Many of them appear to be of the same women in several different profiles. I'm noticing a pattern here and it's not a pretty picture. I've been duped in this game just trying to friend particular women on this site. One in particular I that I had a long message thread with over several weeks. Once she found out I knew she was pretending to be someone she was not, "poof" she vanished into thin air. This is called "catfishing", a very interesting phenomenon on dating sites. You should Google the term if you find anyone here taking an unusually active interest in you. Very sad situation. Just be on your guard.
Yes I had the same experience on here twice so now I only except certified members as friends. That may not completely solve things but it seems to help.
