What the Hell is going on with this site? Haven't been able to upload pics to my profile for weeks now and been totally ignored by tech support. I have paid for a lifetime membership and am certified as well, the least they could do is acknowledge the problem and claim they're working on it. What can be done to fix this? Ideas?

Nov 26, 2025Just logged in again. It's a "you" problem, not a chat server problem. Try clearing cache, rebooting, different browser, turn off any VPN, etc.

Dec 22, 2025It seems like one thing was fixed, but I'm still annoyed by how glitchy this site is. Anytime I log in, there's a CAPCHA issue. Plus, all the spam and sexbots.

Jan 12, 2026What the heck is going on over there? We've been member of TN since . . . . I guess "forever" . . . and have never had a problem. For the past couple of months, if we sign on in the morning, everything is fine. But if we go off, and then try to get back on to "Chat," we're told the "server" is "disconnected." The screen says to "refresh" which we do, and then the screen says to "refresh again. Now, the funny thing is, if we wait 24 hours, there's no problem logging on again and going to Chat. And there's no problem logging on anytime, but it's the going to "Chat" that causes the screen to go nuts! Thanks to AT&T's crappy service, our router was replaced a couple of months ago, but since that time we've had Geek Squad come in and to at complete check, and reprogram the router to what the old one used to be. Okay, so TV's work, phone works, etc., but still TN (and ONLY TN) has this problem of logging on to Chat -- and ONLY that problem. (As you can see, I'm writing this and everything is fine.) So . . . any idea of what's causing this?

There is a problem with this site. I can access on my iPhone. If I then try and access on my iPad a message comes up. Server disconnected. Why would any one pay for that. So sad

Yes, I wish for things to improve.
It is very sad that the website is not improving.
I think because this technically is a website and not an app, and because some countries might be "BLACKLISTING" this website because they ban all "Pornography" and group "This Website" with the others as being "Pornography" there might be some app stores and web browsers that are blocking "This Exact Website."
So for the iPad and iPhone, some people might not be able to access it on mobile because Apple might be blocking it on certain versions of certain web browsers like Safari and Firefox on the iPhone and iPad mobile browser apps in the app store, altogether, to comply with some of the newer totalitarian regulations, like the Porn Ban in the United Kingdom, and the ID verification laws in the UK, or the UK Online Safety Act, or the Age-Restrictions on Social Media Broadly in the United Kingdom.
That is the price of those UK laws, once they start there, the global companies bring them over here or start getting fined by the government of the United Kingdom.

In many cases, the rejection is due to the photo(s) being too large due even the cheapest cameras being HD now. Try reducing the size of the photo(s) - crop any unnecessary edges, reduce the DPI, etc. I know when I was submitting mine many years ago, I had similar issues, and someone told me to reduce the file size to under 1 MB. The photo that was finally accepted was 760KB.

this is driving me mad now tried 4 times to get verified keeps saying denied upload error I tried sending clothed nude both. this last time thought id got it was pending for 2 days. still denied. Ive contacted them to get a ticket no response . it's funny no issue with taking my money. I don't know what to do. Many people wont even chat if you don't have a picture I know i'm not alone.
