DavidJun 29, 2015Same here, very slow. While not impossible to use, very irritating...ReactReply - DE
DesertRatJun 29, 2015The worst thing is when you hit send and nothing happens. I am then in a quandary weather to hit send again and risk a double entry or not. Once when I hit send and nothing happened my message was lost and I had to re-type it. In the future I'll just copy it before I post it.ReactReply - T=
Tom === Thomas S. TierneyJun 29, 2015I received an answer this morning. They are aware of the problem and working to correct it.ReactReply - MEMemberJun 30, 2015Good to know. I was wondering if it was my machine developing an issue.ReactReply
- MEMemberJun 30, 2015Very sorry for the lag the past day or so. There were multiple backup processing competing on the server, we've organized the schedule properly and made some upgrades to our database server. The site appears to be good as new. Please let me know if there are any other speed issues.ReactReply
Some forum pages are still taking a very long time to load ?ReactReply - DA
DavidJun 30, 2015Not sure what others are experiencing but most of the pages (forum and group) seem to be loading slower today than ever...ReactReply - DE
DesertRatJun 30, 2015I try to wait until late night to log on. Things seem to work faster with less traffic to contend with. It also helps that my late night is 3 hours behind eastern time.ReactReply - MEMemberJun 30, 2015You guys are correct, I think I've got the issue figured out and I'm working to resolve it right now.ReactReply

ShavedNudist27Jun 30, 2015I keep getting logged out and sometimes I can't log back in???
ReactReply - MEMemberJul 1, 2015Thank you for the responses...I've also had home computer issues. Nice to know that it is just not my trusty computer. Now I'll just wait for the TN Doc to fix it...ReactReply

DesertRatJul 1, 2015The slow server is probably one of the reasons that we've had so many double and triple entries lately.ReactReply - IA
iamacanadianJul 2, 2015Better than it was, but still pretty slow, keep working on it Team True!ReactReply - MA
ManOfWicklowOriginal PosterJul 3, 2015It's even slower today.ReactReply - CHChrisJul 3, 2015I have been having very big issues on chat. Cam use makes messaging nearly impossible. I do not think it is my connection as skpe and yahoo work ok with a cam on.ReactReply

DesertRatJul 6, 2015Still slow but seems faster that a week ago. There are still a lot of double entries in the ForumsReactReply - T=
Tom === Thomas S. TierneyJul 6, 2015
Still slow but seems faster that a week ago. There are still a lot of double entries in the Forums
That's because the poster does not check to see if their post is correct.
A double entry can be deleted at that time.ReactReply - DE
That is correct but a lot of people do not know that they can delete the second message. I have often written to posters who have multiple posts but I don't ever remember anyone deleting a post because I wrote to them. Too many people click "Reply and then click a second or third time when nothing happens thanks to the slow server.ReactReply - T=

KeithJul 7, 2015I was using my android tablet in desktop mode trying to read a friends request and the system just sat there. Tried a few times same results. Switched to phone mode bingo up came the request page with minimal delay.
As many have said its worse on some pages than it is on others, I find the higher the number of pages the slower the response. Hope that helps team true.ReactReply
