Coming out as a nudist at work?

Have any of you 'come out' as a nudist at work? Like, just to let people know of your interest in it -- not that they need to see any of it of course!

Once in a great while my work will have a fun "trivia night" about ourselves or a "two lies and one truth" game where we submit interesting, surprising or hard to guess facts about ourselves. Sometimes I wonder about submitting that I'm a nudist - it would definitely fit the 'surprising' criteria for the game! My workplace skews younger and liberal (20's-30's average age) and I'd be comfortable with my extended team at least knowing about that, but not sure if that'd be something best kept to myself. Thoughts?

Not straight out, but don't deny. When asked about what I do on my day off I tell them I went to the beach or hikes. If they ask where, I tell them. If they ask further we talk about it. I'll go as far as they want and will offer to take them for the day.
I've never actually told any of them, it just seems an odd thing to bring up, what are they supposed to do with that information? Although if the topic ever did arise I wouldn't have a problem about saying I was a naturist, I don't know if they know or not, they know I'm certainly not a prude about nudity, on occasions where we've had to work away and ended up having to share a room, I still sleep naked, they must have noticed I don't wear underwear, and I can't be bothered trying to do that silly thing of trying to put your trousers on with a towel still wrapped around you!! In my experience also once they see you're not bothered they don't bother trying to hide they just act normally as you would at home, Once the boss came round to my house to drop something off ( I didn't know he was coming), my back door was open as it was summer and I was in and out of the garden, he just walked in, and of course I was naked as is usual at home, I will just pick up on one point in the previous post which I agree with, the label, either naturist or nudist, in most people's mind they misconstrue that as" getting naked", rather than just not getting dressed, the outcome is the same but the perception is different id prefere to say i go home and get comfortable, rather than get naked, cos thats what most people do, and i know im generalising, but the masses of the textile world do exactly the same thing, they get in from work and change int what they feel comfortable in when relaxing of an evening, which is exactly what i do, the only difference is what i feel most comfortable in is ..nothing..
Before I spent a lot of time nude at home, when I came home from work, or somewhere else where I had to be fully dressed, I would take everything off and put on just gym shorts. Now I realize that it is not as comfortable as being nude, but still a lot better than being fully dressed.
Keep certain things about your life private. You dont need to publish everything about your life or preference to colleagues. Maybe close friends its fine.
Very good point not sure why some think it is necessary to do that. Does it make them feel better does it convince anyone to change their view not sure what the motivation is? If you have close friends as you say makes sense be a coworker is just coworker dont have to share everything at work.

All of them know I sleep nude and swim nude in my own pool. Only shared that I go to clothing optional beaches with one or two. Once we took a sleepwear poll of the 7 of us, 4 underwear, 2 nude 1 PJ's. From what I have read, similar distribution to the US male population.

I am out as a naturist. I dont go around telling people I am a naturist however I dont hide it. My car has two stickers: one mentions one of my favorite nude beaches and other says I rather be naked. This has illicit conversations and questions so I am just honest. No one has been offended or had issues. Most people are intrigued. Some good things have come out of it. Ive had a co worker come out to me as a naturist and that he and his wife reside at a naturist resort, Ive had one who went to a nude beach with her husband at my urging to try. Lastly a former member of my immediate team invited me to go to a beach with him and his wife next time I am in his neck of the woods. I took him up on the offer and it was a fine experience

Not work, but one of my band colleagues would wear shirts with names of nudist venues or slogans supporting nude recreation to rehearsals so anyone who noticed what his shirt said could correctly assume that he was a nudist.

A couple of work friends know that I'm a nudist although I don't lead with it in a normal conversation. I purposely took the job so that I wouldn't have to worry about management finding out and suffer negative consequences. They just don't care. With all the events I've heard about happening lately, me being in full time skinny dipping mode is well down the list of things they're concerned with. If you're interested in climbing the corporate ladder, I would play my cards close.

When I retired from the military I decided that I would only take jobs that allowed me to live like I do. No security clearance to worry about and just do as I please. Joining this site and getting certified was a step in that direction. I describe myself as a "barefoot all over" kind of guy to people who ask.

I am a member of AANR and I own property at a nudist resort, so I am not exactly trying to hide being a nudist.

Didn't have to tell anyone. Wife and I were at a clothing optional hot spring about a 4 hour drive from home, soaking naked in the evening and I saw her talking to a couple, she said she works with the woman.we spent the next couple of days with them, soaking and going down to the river and skinny-dipping.

If the topic ever came up, I wouldn't deny it how ever it is not their concern. Much like I don't announce what color under ware I happen to have on or if I'm wearing any at all. I do remember a time I was kind of trapped in to telling a co worker. It was a temp job in Ft Worth and I was staying in my camper out at Wildwood during the week and going home on the weekends. One of my co workers was asking all about my camper and was wanting to see it. I took some pictures of it but that wasn't good enough. He was wanting to see it. I tried almost everything dissuade him. It a long ways out there.. etc. He was persistent. I finally told him.. Look dude, my camper is parked as a nudist resort. I can take you out there to look at it but you'll have to strip naked at the gate. The look on his face was priceless. I really wasn't going for shock or anything like that but the guy wouldn't let it go. Needless to say he dropped it. A week or two later it was starting to get cooler and he asked if we still went naked outside even if it cold. I replied. No, we are nudists. Not morons. He laughed and walked away.
