Something really simple.

Post a riddle. See who gets it right. No turn order. Just post as you will.

With that being said...

I have a mouth, but I do not eat.
I have a bed, but I do not sleep.
I have a bank, but I have no money.
What am I?

You have been given the duty of guarding a group of prisoners that are trApped in a force field.
The prisoners are all very brave and will attempt to escape on any positive probability of success .
You have a gun with only one bullet but you have perfect accuracy and will always hit your target.
Each of the prisoners are aware of your accuracy.
One of the jail's technicians needs to make a critical adjustment to the force field generator and for one minute the force field will be shut off. What can you do to make sure the prisoners do not try to escape while the force field is down?

Wrong. A compass points North, it does not point in every direction.

You're escaping a labyrinth, and there are three doors in front of you. The door on the left leads to a raging inferno. The door in the center leads to a deadly assassin. The door on the right leads to a lion that hasn't eaten in three months. Which door do you choose?

    Correct!

The door on the right. Since the lion hasn't eaten in 3 months, it's probably dead.

A magician promises that he can throw a ball as hard as he can and have it stop,
change direction, and come back to him.
He claims he can do it without the ball bouncing off of anything, the ball being tied to anything, or the use of magnets.
    How is this possible?
