I just got into Austin this afternoon. While I was walking around downtown a women rode past me on a bike. She was topless except for two band-aids that were covering her nipples. Is that all that is required? Is virtual top-freedom common here? I can tell you the tourists on the sidewalk were shocked. Unfortunately they were laughing.

    Top-Free is legal in Austin.  She didn't even need the Band-Aids.  It is rare to see it, but it does happen.  More common at Barton Springs, and of course Hippie Hollow (Travis Lake), where full nudity is allowed.

    I want to live in Austin!  I've been to Hippie Hollow numerous times but was unaware I could go topless throughout the town... SWEET!

    its downtown see interesting people there ,may see someone walking topless there, lot of tourists goes there ,lots of shops , bars and so on

    My cooking is often secret: When I've had a drink,I cannot remember what the hell I put in it.
    (This can be very annoying when people say how good it is and can they have the recipe.)
