Canadian Naturist Festival to be held at La Pommerie in 2012

I wish this forum wasn't called "North American Locations - Places to get naked in the United States".  It makes the rest of us North Americans feel a wee bit excluded.

And now on to my topic ... the Canadian Naturist Festival is being held in Quebec next year so if any of you have been looking for a holiday idea it might be worth checking out.  I know I'm going to do what I can to attend. The Federation of Canadian Naturists (FCN) will be holding the festival at La Pommerie located about an hour and a half south-west of Montreal, just north of the New York border.  It looks like an awesome place to spend a week.

The festival will be held August 1-5, 2012 and you can find more information at the following links:

Wish I could find a good nudist area here.[/quote]You make Ottawa sound like it's at the ends of the earth rather than less than 200 km from La Pommerie.  I drive further than that to go to the dentist!  *grin*  I live 2200 km from La Pommerie but am still planning on going so I'll see you there.

    Agreed, the topics should be more narrowed, even to regions in the US and Canada. Good luck

    And if anyone is curious, La Pommerie will be opening their doors to singles during the festival.  Ordinarily singles must be invited by club members so if you don't know any members, this will be  the perfect opportunity to enjoy all that La Pommerie has to offer.

    I couldn't find it on either the FCN, FQN or La Pommerie websites.
    If so, is it because singles from ROC (rest of Canada) are considered a lesser risk than singles from Quebec ?
