Would most of us be comfortable walking into a grocery store nude if 99.9 percent of the folks around us were clothed. It would definately need to be warm outside.

someday maybe things will change for the better and nudism will be more acceptable in the usa, and hopefully europe will not follow our lead in banning nudism.

I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT. I WISH THERE WERE NO LAWS AGAINST NUDITY! I HAVE WALKED DOWN TOWN IN ASHLAND OR. NUDE AND LIKED IT GOT SOME STRANGE LOOKS AND COMENTS FROM DOING IT. BUT IT WAS FUN LOL. THEY FINALLY PASSED A LAW A COUPLE OF YEARS TO OUTLAW NUDITY IN DOWNTOWN AREA. WE WERE BORN NUDE AND THATS THE WAY I WANT BE!!!!!!!

Part of the reason that I like going to Haulover Beach is the fact that I can be with like-minded people who enjoy social nudity and do not find it offensive. If a law was passed that it was legal to be nude anywhere so long as you are not lewd or offending someone, I would probably be ok to be around my backyard and probably getting gasoline. I do not think I would be comfortable with the idea of say going to a grocery store if I am the only person who is nude. It would just draw too much attention to myself by doing so.
Now if there were several people in the store (say 1 in 10) then I probably would have no issue with grocery shopping in the nude since I do not stand out anymore.

You know, it doesn't really bother me to be the only one naked in the room:  as long as I know that nobody's gonna freak out or call the cops.  So:  if it were legal to shop for groceries naked, I'd be there ... That would assume that it would also be legal to go for a hair cut or cut the lawn ...
    One can dream, can't one?

somehow i believe it will be legal in germany or europe long before being legal in the states. if a city in the states ever does makes it legal i'm packing my bags and moving there.

I'd do it if it were generally acceptable, but as most of my neighbors are waaay to conservative to ever allow that, it's a fantasy exercise here in the Midwest.  That'd be great, though, because it'd mean I wouldn't have to travel to hang out with other naturists at the beach.
And, as I have a vivid imagination, let's take this a step further...If nudity were allowed while clothes shopping, eventually maybe they could get rid of the changing rooms altogether (and the clothing retailers would need to cut corners big time because their sales'd probably be waaaay down at that point)!

Since we live in the middle of nowhere and at least a few miles from a supermarket, I would have to at least wear a pareo in my car.  If it were the norm, it would be okay, but I refuse to be on display.

I havent been allowed to go to the grocery store in a couple of years. I moan and groan about the cost of everything and I always come back with a bunch of things not on the list. Things I need to keep my well trained figure, hoho's, chex mix, swiss cheese, cupcakes, hot links ect. Then Im told the bill wouldnt be so high if I would stick t the list. But If I could go nude I would find a reason to go again,i.e. the hoho's and stuff.

First, I think Nudewoody just likes to tease us. Posting that pic and not telling us where he was. If public nudity became legal, there would have to have been a fairly high percentage of locals being ok with it for it to happen. Therefore, I wouldn't worry about offending others then. I would DEFINITELY go shopping, and EVERYTHING else nude. I hate clothes!!!

I would go as soon as I needed groceries!!

However even if nudity is legal in a certain city or state, that doesn't prevent stores from posting signs and telling you that they would like you to leave.

Most people at my local grocery store would be offended by
the site of a nude fellow shopper, and the offending party’s reputation would
suffer, even if it were legal. It would have to be a very hot day, and the air
conditioner would have to be turned off, before I would even consider it.
