If nudity was legal in your area how soon would you go grocery shopping nude

Would most of us be comfortable walking into a grocery store nude if 99.9 percent of the folks around us were clothed. It would definately need to be warm outside.

Nudity being legal wouldn't necessarily mean that nudity would be allowed in the grocery store. We'd have to respect the proprietors' / operators' wishes. A private business certainly has the right to a dress code. But if it were allowed, I would be naked my next and subsequent visits, weather permitting.

I would find it difficult if there were 99% clothed, but if it were more like 50/50 I don't think I would have a problem! It's just nice to feel like ther are some people on your side!!!!

I would probably never put clothes on again. I don't mind being the only one naked, in fact I kinda like it. It makes me feel powerful. Now some thoughts about this thread. It is always amazing to me how many nudists belive nudity is offensive. How do we ever expect the textiles to think there's nothing wrong with a naked body, when so many of us think nude bodies offend people? I don't believe nost people are offended by naked people. How many people really leave a movie complaining about the naked people? Most don't, because they are used to it. I think most people areuncomfortablearound naked people, notoffended. So how do people become more comfortable? By seeing more naked people. I cannot condemn someone for being naked, because in the long run, it makes people more comfortable seeing naked people. Think about it, someone gets arrested for being naked in front of the police station, it's a huge scandal, the next time, it's not so huge, and the next time, hardly anyone notices. I really don't want to go to jail, but where it is legal,(like my home) I am naked. And you know what? People in my circle have gotten used to it! How about the people in your circle?

I would have no problem being the only nude around so I would probably head to the store as soon as I needed something.....of course I would wait until summer, or late spring!

I would not hesitate to be unclothed at the grocery store or anywhere. If society could accept nudity just a natural human way of life. I believe that there would be lot less strenuous demand to see the human nude body if the stigma of nudity was lifted. Parents could teach their kids that nudity is doesn't not lead to sexual contact all the time. The lingering of wanting to see under the shirt would be removed. The human body would be exposed as what it really is. Just a body and should be respected for that and that only. The sexual part of the human body could be better controlled as the desire of wanting to see something you don't would be removed. Nudity is good and also is close to Godliness and goodness. But I live in a mind of Utopia.....

I would go to the store or anywhere else as long as the
weather was warm enough.
As others have said, even if I was the only one nude, it
would not be a problem. As Fatnudist said, nudity itself is not offensive. Some
people feel uncomfortable when around someone who is nude, but I believe the
more they experience it, the less uncomfortable they would be.
Last year I participated in the Los Angeles World Nude Bike
Ride. This was the first time I was nude outside a recognized clothing optional
area and I did not know what to expect. It was remarkable the positive response
we received from almost all the people along the way. Hopefully I will get
another chance this year to do it again.

If nudity was legal in my area, I would be nude everywhere I went....even to work. I love being naked.

Well, If it were legal, I would be the .00001% naked All the time!! unless it was cold, then I'd have on a hat, jacket and shoes and socks. Hopefully, I would inspire those that aren't ready to jump in, to jump in to the nude way!

Like others I would enjoy shopping nude, weather permitting. Don't want to any damage down below.
As for the hygienic side there is already far more germs and pollutants passed on to shelved fresh food by human hands that feel the merchandise to test its freshness, than would be by a passing naked body.
Like the people who use their hands to wipe there noses, catch a sneeze, go to the loo and don't wash after it, handle money that's been in circulation and only heaven knows where and the list goes on.
Shop keepers should welcome Nude shoppers as there would be a drop in pilfering or shop lifting as there would be no where to hide the contraband they want to steal.

Wow, how great would it be to live in a complete clothing optional world! Not just shopping but just about any place. Could you image going to a baseball game in the nude? Maybe a movie, or just a stroll around town? Nobody even passing a second glace. It could be just as natural as going to a nudist resort.

I know it's just a pipe dream, and I certainly haven't thought the whole thing through, but still when I read the title my mind started wondering. Know what I mean? Can I get an Amen?

i think you can go nude in outdoor places in san francisco. don't think grocery stores and bars, restaraunts is allowed.

[/quote]I think you can in SF. there are no anti-nudity laws there, only lewdness laws. You can go into restaurants, you can walk the streets. I believe shop owners have the right to refuse service, as in most places. I know the 1 restaurant only wanted the naked guys to put down towels before they sat in the chairs. There are many public races , The Bay to Breakers comes to mind, that are ran and walked naked. The famous Gay Street Fairs of SF are so popular, because participants can be nude or partially nude.
