We've only recently started using Pembrey again as there has been some bad publicity following a clamp down by the Park Authority. However, there is a decent number of naturists still using this lovely beach. The nude area informally commences north west of the rocks (the old MOD target). The high dunes provide shelter if the breeze is easterly. We visited a few times over Easter 2019 when the weather was exceptional and enjoyed immensely. Just be aware that if the park ranger truck approaches (easily seen from a long way away) you need to slip some shorts or wrap on.
Pros: Great clean beach. Friendly naturists.
Cons: Warden drive past - only once a day usually.
