Marro's Sands is a very quiet beach, with few (if any) - due to the long walk. The beach is about 1.5 miles long, flat and sandy with pebbles around the high tide mark. Naturists tend to turn right and walk along to the cliffs. The sea here is very, very shallow - ideal for swimming/paddling. No facilities, but well worthwhile for the peace and quiet. Not an official nudist beach but so little used that nudity is not a problem at all.
Directions
From Pendine, take the un-numbered road to Amroth. The hamlet of Marro's is about 2 miles. If travelling from the opposite direction, take the coast road from Amroth towards Pendine.
