Direction to Howell Pl. where you will find a sign that says Howell Park. Then simply proceed through a small sandy way down to the beach which is more a meadow with a stony beach and nice water. You can get there by bus too. One line is running there. Simply check on g. maps and it will tell you how to get there. So no car needed if you are not afraid of 3 min walking.
