    I go to this class as often as I can. It is the best workout ever - not only because it is 100% nude (except shoes) but because Paul, the instructor is such a great motivator! No time is ever waited, the session is full-on and starts with a 10-15 minute group warm up, which is then followed by a cardio or weights session and then a warm-down at the end. Every week`s session is different with emphasis on different muscles etc which keeps the sessions interesting. Great music too! If you`re driving, parking is never a problem as there always plenty of bays available in the road on Sundays.

    Pros: Great naked workout!

    Cons: None!
