    have been to the royal villa resort four times in the past 18 months. it`s my PHX home. just wish i had known about it before! the rooms are VERY clean, comfortable and so nice to have the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. the pool is always warm and the hot tub, yes is HOT! there are numerous restaurants and shopping near by.

    Pros: safe, clean, fresh and interesting hosts and guests

    Cons: that more men - guests and day pass people don`t use it more often!
