Herbs

For about a year, we have been supplying fresh herbs to two local stores. This is lemongrass. It's an easy perennial, used in Thai cooking and for a medicinal tea. We also use the leaves to tie our herb bundles. Below is a view of one of our beds of basil. And spearmint, below. We sell these two, plus oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, parsley, sage, tarragon... I will have forgotten a few. We hand-cut and laminate little labels for the bundles. I'm weighing and bundling spearmint here. The finished product, in basil. Below, drying leftovers. We take back any herbs that don't sell.
