I don't think I could do farm work at all without easy outdoor cleanup space and cool, airy places to relax - I was certainly miserable enough as a child doing chores in sweaty clothes! I still wear clothes to work sometimes, for bugs and sun - but at least now we have a washing machine! I'll change and shower two or three times in a workday if need be. Ready to clean up. Doing this outside means not tracking the mess in - we don't even wear our shoes indoors!
