Sex sold on Truenudists? — Sex and Sexuality on True Nudists

I wonder at times if tn is a nudist sight or a porn sight. Why are pictures allowed that the rules clearly state are unacceptable? Do we need more moderators? I volunteer to help with pictures if this is the problem. And I hear a lot of hub-bub about photos of men and erections but I've yet to find anyone complain about women that pose while dressed seductively and/ or in provocative positions, obviously there is a double standard. I am sick of our sex saturated society and hate that it's so soaked with it here. Is this a breeding ground for sickness or a place of health and wellness? I desire tn to be the latter and will do all within my power to make it so. Let's not cheapen nudism fellow nudists.

You know you are a true nudist when you find yourself standing naked among a naked crowd discussing real estate investments , oblivious to all the exposed flesh surrounding you.

I feel the same way regarding TN friends. If I can not see their face, or their pics display nothing more than their genitals, then I'm not interested. As for sexual attraction, that can occur with or without clothing, however, there is a time and place for it, and naturist events are not the time nor the place! Sexual attraction is great! Just take it somewhere else more appropriate if a sexual hookup is what you are seeking.

It may be better if you learn a little more about 'nudism' before espousing your own beliefs on the subject.
However form a profile containing, and I quote - "I have many interests besides nudism, nude places, male-bonding, masturbation, and exhibitionism/voyeurism" & "Masturbation, mutual masturbation, and frottage are actually my 'sexual preferences'" - I doubt your true interest lies in 'nudism'.

If sex is sold on Truenudists, then there should be a price list somewhere on here, along with a gallery of members providing these services. So far, I have not been able to locate the list or gallery. Can anybody point out where to find this on the site?

I don't have enough Money to purchase sex on TN or anywhere else. The amount of paperwork, jail time and news media is way out of my budget. And so with that said, I'm just gonna stick with my little old lady friend and go to dinner here and there and spend the night in my bed or hers LoL :-) NOT some County Jail :(

The internet is a numbers game. No doubt some of the provocative pictures that clearly go beyond the rules of this place --- men and women -- drive page views. So the incentive to be vigilant is not as strong, perhaps, as the photo and conduct rules as stated.

That, no doubt, is why the gallery, as presented to the non-member, is full of shapely young women and a few fit men and couples. It represents the ends of the spectrum and not the vast center. How does that happen if not driven by page views and an interest in serving a "broader" market than true nudists? Just wondering...

It may make sense to have profile pictures moderated too, maybe starting with free uncertified accounts.

Actually EVERYTHING is moderated.l I personally go through every picture video, certificaton, forum post, group media picture, location review, etc, and approve/deny based on our criteria. Sure, a few slip by and this is why we have a flagging system in place.
We rely on our users to help flag a picture, abusive users and inappropriate topics, etc. PLEASE USE THESE FLAG OPTIONS IF THERE IS SOMETHING INAPPROPRIATE. Our users help keep the site clean and in my opinion do a great job.
On top of that we have a slew of moderators in Chat who get abuse every day for throwing out inappropriate users and trolls. They do a great job.
Thanks for help making the site what it is. We appreciate it.

I suppose that there are users who flag more easily than others, and I also suppose that moderators sometimes have a hard time to distinguish a breach of the site policy from overreaction. Users like myself would welcome extra guidance to avoid flagging users who actually do not threaten the integrity of TN.

I said. And I started a thread mentioning my observations without mentioning names. And I flagged a user when I discovered that the profile photo belongs to a not so famous pornstar. And I explained with a message to TT2 why I flagged the user, as the reason was not so obvious. And it seems to me that nothing happened.

I'm seriously asking because I see this sort of thing all the time...talk of people "demeaning themselves" and acting "improperly" and "immorally". All of it, really....the cheap, immoral. sick, nasty, sinful, base, and on and on. What makes it so? How does it earn a place in such categories? OTHER than religious based declarations, by what right are all things of a sexual nature slighted so? I agree that there are certain situations when it is necessary to assure proper time and place, but in many cases it seems like, despite all of our railing about society's misguided attitudes towards the naked body, we've all still drank from the same glass when it comes to embracing the gift of our sexual selves. And it is a gift. I'd call it damn near sacred.
